Placing orders

Have you seen a Snoor design creation on the website you’d like to call your own? Then this is the way you can order it.

Go to the webpage of the creation you’d like to have and click on the “order” button. An email window will open automatically. The email address and subject are already filled in. Mention in the body of the email your name, address and phone number and send the email. You’ll receive a confirmation by email ASAP. The confirmation email will also contain more information about the total costs (including shipping costs) and possible ways of payment. Items are shipped from the Netherlands in Europe, ASAP after receiving your payment.

I have to receive your payment within 2 weeks after placing your order.

Payment&shipping

Shipping costs are calculated when you place your order, this because each item differs in size and weight. All packages are sent by 1st class mail (airmail) and in a cardboard box unless otherwise requested. I also offer the possibility of sending items by standard(surface) mail which is cheaper, but takes longer. Please contact me for more details & prices.

Snoor design cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail. Please contact me for the possibilities of sending items by registered mail.
 

Present or delivery on a different address

It is also possible for the item to be delivered to a different address than your own, for example when the item is a present. Please state this clearly in your order if this is the case.

Returns

If the item is not what you expected it to be, please let me know as soon as possible (by email) but within a week. You can than send the item back, on your own expenses. The item needs to be returned in the original condition and card still attached. The purchase sum (shipping costs not included) will be refunded to you asap.
